back to the bikes...

photos by Alicia Torello of my 67 FL after I unloaded it from the truck back in august
originally an ex police bike from atlanta.... all stock, with bags and police light.
Jeffro and I tried to ride down to glitterflakes wedding in North Carolina but I snapped a primary belt on the parkway a couple hours away, thanks again to Keino for picking me up before the state trooper gave me any more shit!

Currently looks like this after a bit of slimming down. Picked up some real 61-62 tanks from Krazy Kevin's buddy Alan at the sandbar amca meet, gotta paint the fenders, make a smaller seat and a p-pad etc....bottom photo by my shitty cell phone

these pictures were taken around 1972 in olivier mosset's studio in Paris. Olivier is the artist whom i just built a panhead for that was shown in the brooklyn invitational show. he has been involved with bikes around the globe for the better part of forty years and has quite a few stories to tell as these pictures illustrate. thanks to glitterflake from High & Tite paint works for bring these to us. he snapped them hanging on the walls of oliviers studio, now in switzerland, while glitterflake has been on sabatical in berlin working on his own exhibition to open in germany in nov. we miss ya here bud.
