I gotta say, that when I used to sit with Kevin and we'd go over his ideas for his Pan, I didn't get it. Shit, even to the point of me breaking his balls about it rather heavy. Well, it went to paint, chrome, brass plating and jet-hot coating and man....
I'm blown away!

The story behind this bike is rather unreal when told over a few cold ones. The motors been on subways, fallen out of cars seats, built, rebuilt and has seen it's fair share of changes right down to the last minute before it all came down to the finishing touches. He's in the process right now of setting up a hydraulic drum set up for the rear.

All and all, this is one of my favorite bikes of all time. Not just because of the parts, or how it runs or looks or blah, blah blah... but more because of all that went into Kevin finishing his bike and how much it amps him up. Kevin is a Panhead Junkie and the class this bike shows is second to none. Great fucking work Kevin and I look forward to a spin with you soon.

Field Trip on monday.

Jeffro, Vander, and I got up early Monday morning and drove up to visit Andy, see his shop, Bike, and get some goodies from VTwin in Newburg. Waiting at the American Icon headquarters for Andy to get back, we had to kill some time snooping around Andy's shop....
Bike is looking rad but maybe we should help?Doing some minor modifications...Checking out the pinups on the wall...Andy's back, time for beer!

I have been after this marker light for about 2 years and finally got my hands on one.
